The Black Saints have announced the impending release of a new 6 song EP entitled 'Hellbent & Heartless'.

'Hellbent & Heartless' marks the first newly recorded music from The Black Saints in over a year and is a follow up to their debut EP 'All Sinners Welcome'.

The very first sneak peek at the new EP comes in the form of the face melting riff-rocker 'Top Notch Lady' which is now available EXCLUSIVELY via on demand streaming at www.hardrocknights.com and will be featured this week on the Hard Rock Nights radio show. Recognized worldwide as a curator of some of the best names in rock & roll, Brian Basher, the host of Hard Rock Nights Radio has been a champion of the Saints from the very beginning of the band's existence. Bass player BB Blackheart laid it out for us. "Brian has been way into the band ever since we released our first single and it was through him that we got our first cuts on the air. Since that time Hard Rock Nights has become this completely incredible show that plays not only some classic jams but really puts a focus on playing killer new rock that is largely ignored by typical mass media outlets obsessed with the 'flavor of the moment'. He has done a ton to showcase the next wave of true, gritty, hard rock n roll and we're thrilled to be able to partner up with him to share the sneak peek of 'Top Notch Lady' with our kick ass friends & fans along with the whole Hard Rock Nights family."

02/05/12 - The Black Saints Return To The Studio

The Black Saints have returned to the studio with The Heroes Lie frontman and owner of Cherry Pit Studio, Eric LaBrosse to record a brand new single entitled 'Amends' for release in early spring of 2012. The new single will showcase a whole new side to the band that expands on the melodic and soulful grooves that have been hinted at by earlier songs such as Schoolin' and Beauty Queen. Saints bass player B.B. tipped us on what to expect.

"What we're recording right now is another aspect of what this band is all about. Every guy in the group thrives on melody and intensity. All of our music to this point has shown our fans how rock is done right and now we're super amped up to express the other side of the coin. Amends is a song that connects on a really deep level with all of us and brings the music and mood to a totaly new place for us. It's a place with a lot of soul and lyrically it resonates with anyone who has experienced the joys and pains of real love. Personally, it's one of my favorite songs that we've ever recorded. We can't wait to share it with the world."
